Response Period
When site service is requested by the customer, the service personnel will give telephone reply within 1 hour after receiving the request.
In 20 kilometers to 100 kilometers, the service personnel will arrive in the scene in 24 hours.
100 kilometers away, the service personnel will arrive in the scene in 48 hours.
If the service personnel are not able to arrive in the scene on time because of unexpected factors or the force majeure factors, they should contact and discuss with the customer promptly to get the confirmation.
